As the Production Manager, Tyler is responsible for overseeing company-wide scheduling, quality assurance, training, development of personnel, and support for all project teams. He originally started working in construction to pay for his surf trips, but over time he found his career and a passion for the work. With the “Kaizen” mindset of continuous improvement, he has pushed himself from a carpenter to Project Manager and now to Production Manager. Along the way, he has been a part of some fun projects (storefronts for Jack Daniels and Harley Davidson!), however, his favorite part of work is guiding a new generation of craftspeople.
