As a full-service real estate development and commercial construction firm, Owen Gabbert, LLC combines creativity with a deep commitment to community. Our team provides dedicated, consistent, and expert service throughout every phase of a project, from pre-development through to construction completion.

We collaborate closely with clients to ensure that each project is thoughtfully designed and carefully executed. The budgetary discipline required in real estate development and commercial construction, combined with our experience in high-end residential construction, gives our company a unique blend of passion for craft and understanding of complex systems, project constraints, and schedules. 

Founded in 2012 by Owen Gabbert, our company has grown to 70 dedicated employees who share the enthusiasm for quality work with like-minded clients and design partners. In early 2023, Owen Gabbert, LLC, acquired ClarkBuilt, expanding its expertise in residential remodeling and new construction. This acquisition also introduced an in-house cabinet shop and established a new Coastal Division, led by Soren Clark.
