We’re looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to join our high-end cabinet and millwork shop. This journeyman-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
As Lead Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for fabricating and installing custom casework, millwork, and furniture, as well as leading or collaborating with a small team of shop carpenters. You’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to bring intricate, design-driven projects to life while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and the flexibility to assist with broader construction or site installation tasks when needed.

We’re seeking a Site Lead to join our dynamic, close-knit team in building custom residential and commercial projects along the Oregon Coast. This role is the primary on-site contact, supporting the Project Team in managing jobsites, subcontractors, and employees while ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at leading teams efficiently. In addition, they should be hands-on and comfortable performing a variety of construction tasks, from carpentry to demolition and general labor.
