Tristan transitioned from the architectural side of the AEC industry to hands-on construction, driven by a passion for high-quality craftsmanship, material stewardship, and sustainable design. After completing the hours needed for architectural licensure, he decided to step away from his desk job to learn the practical side of building. His background also includes architectural design across various sectors, graphic design, design-build art installations, and experience as a course facilitator at the University of Oregon.

Tristan’s enthusiasm for high-quality craft, his eagerness to learn, and his curiosity about complex systems make him a valuable addition to any project team. Outside of work, he’s an adventurer at heart with a love for the outdoors. Whether it’s mountain biking, skiing, or hiking, Tristan enjoys exploring nature and prioritizes environmental stewardship. He can often be found gardening with native species, camping, or spending time with his partner, beagle, and cat.
