As the Director of the Coastal Division, Soren develops and oversees all remodel and custom home building services at the Oregon coast. As a resident of Cannon Beach, he has a depth of knowledge and relationships at the coast allowing us to provide much needed services there. At the age of 8, Soren built his first tree house and by middle school was turning out skateboarding ramps. He was formally introduced to remodeling and carpentry when he moved to Portland for graduate school and met a mentor that helped him further his craft.

In 2006, Soren founded ClarkBuilt, a residential remodeling firm that was acquired by OGLLC in 2023. Outside of work, surfing is an important part of Soren’s well-being—and he is still building treehouses and skateboard ramps - now with his kids in mind.
