She has worked across a range of industries—including CPG, environmental nonprofits, and consulting. Rachel is known for her clear communication, collaborative approach, and willingness to dive in wherever needed. Outside of work, she enjoys baking, playing soccer, riding horses, and spending time with her husband and dogs, Uma and Chubby.
