Markus got his start working summers in commercial construction, where he first honed his skills. He then expanded his expertise by working on historic and custom homes in Portland and the Columbia River Gorge. The process of seeing a project through its various stages and finding a harmonious flow with his team has kept Markus inspired throughout his more than decade-long career. Outside of building, Markus enjoys playing music, hiking, running, and photography.
