Leroy is responsible for collaborating with design partners, as well as the shop and project teams, to produce detailed design and build documents for casework and furniture projects. He also creates basic architectural elevations and floor plans for remodel projects. Throughout his career, Leroy has worked in industrial fabrication design, retail and event display, and for a large cabinet maker.

A career highlight was drawing a knife gate valve used by the SpaceX program, an achievement that earned him a mission patch. His favorite part of the job is designing functional, buildable pieces and learning from more experienced builders. In his free time, Leroy enjoys fishing, working on older cars, woodworking, sewing, and propagating plants and trees for his yard.
