Justin brings a strong background in both restaurant management and construction, having transitioned into the industry through his family and going on to contribute to more than 45 public school projects across Oregon. His experience also includes work with Nike, where he helped build the JBS Café featuring three commercial kitchens. He thrives in collaborative environments and finds the most fulfillment in working alongside great people while continuing to grow as part of a team. Outside of work, Justin enjoys golfing, camping, crabbing, and spending time with his family—and he’s a proud Steelers fan, Canadian-born, and married to his high school sweetheart.
