Jordan brings over a decade of experience leading Human Resources teams for large organizations across the U.S., including multi-state and multi-facility operations. She has extensive expertise in supporting companies through periods of rapid growth and implementing new systems for recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance, all while strengthening company values and employee culture.

Jordan is passionate about making a meaningful impact on employee development, whether through training, solving organizational challenges, or fostering new connections. Outside of work, she enjoys working on stained glass projects, hiking, cycling, and watching reruns with her dog and partner.
