John has over 25 years of experience in the industry, including 15 years as a Site Superintendent throughout the region. After completing the Architecture program at PSU, he has worked in both residential and commercial construction, with nine years dedicated to Habitat for Humanity. His expertise spans a wide range of affordable housing projects, from entire communities to single-family homes, for-sale condominiums, and large multifamily developments. John thrives in the collaborative nature of construction, working closely with teams to enhance housing and the built environment within the community. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, biking, kayaking, visiting cafes and bookstores, catching a dinner-and-a-movie at McMenamins, or playing saxophone with his band around town.
