Before joining the team Jake worked as a Site Super on a cottage cluster cohousing community where he now lives with his wife. He loves construction for the knowledge that at the end of a project his thoughtful work will contribute to a century or more of safety, peace and belonging for an untold number of families. Jake enjoys spending time in his community, backpacking and sailing.
