Haili received her accounting degree in 2013 from UNLV and began focusing on construction accounting in 2015 after moving to Portland. Through her previous roles, she gained additional development accounting experience by working on several affordable housing projects. She enjoys experiencing the entire cycle of the development and construction process, from land purchase to construction and through to property management. Her favorite part of work is developing new ideas and processes to make herself more efficient, which usually involves a new magic Excel trick! Outside of work, you can find her baking, gardening, going to a show, working on a house project, or cuddling up on the couch with her husband and three cats.
