Fernando has over 20 years of experience in construction, many of those managing large commercial projects such as tenant improvements, medical facilities, and multifamily developments. From studying architecture to learning finish carpentry and fine finishes, Fernando has developed an eye for detail and quality. His breadth of experience has exposed him to a variety of management styles and procedures, improving his ability to quickly jump into projects and relate to and collaborate with others. His favorite part of the job is visiting completed projects and seeing how the spaces are utilized. Outside of work, Fernando loves spending time with his daughter, discovering the world through her eyes.
