Cory is the 5th generation of a family of builders and developers. After earning a degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University, he joined the family business, where they focused on developing and building extended-stay hotels throughout the Southern United States. Upon relocating to Oregon, he shifted his attention from commercial work to residential remodels, particularly focusing on the restoration of older homes in Portland and finish carpentry. He takes pride in his ability to guide his team through projects with confidence while enjoying the process.

Additionally, Cory founded and manages a community darkroom and 'photo clubhouse' called The Portland Darkroom. When he's not working, you can find him exploring and photographing the Pacific Northwest in his camper, volunteering at Pickathon, or working on his old Beetle.
