Brad began his career as a structural engineer before transitioning into construction, where he has spent nearly 30 years working throughout the Portland area. His experience includes multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and restaurant projects, with particular expertise and interest in adaptive reuse, structural upgrades, and historic properties. Brad brings a combination of technical knowledge, creative problem-solving, and a collaborative leadership style to his work, and takes pride in mentoring and developing the people around him.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys woodworking, home and landscape projects with his wife, and spending time with his family. A lifelong Oregonian, he’s also an avid sports fan, appreciates a good hat and flannel, and is happiest when the weather is cool and rainy.
