ANNIE BRIX
PROJECT ENGINEER

Annie joined the company after over a decade in the restaurant and hospitality industry, where she helped launch and grow multiple businesses. Through years of opening bars and restaurants, she discovered that her true passion lay in the planning, development, and construction phases, the behind-the-scenes work that brings a vision to life.

Her background includes leading expansion projects, establishing new brands, and helping transform a small brewpub into a globally recognized, award-winning brewery. Annie is adept at navigating growth when resources are tight but the ambition is big, using creative problem-solving and a deep understanding of people’s needs to guide projects from concept to completion.

She’s most inspired by turning ideas into spaces that foster connection, whether that means supporting small businesses, growing communities, or simply creating places where people want to be.

Outside of work, Annie loves surfing, gardening, weaving, and making gourmet meals while camping. She's also a passionate steward of her 1950 ranch home, preserving the legacy of its original architect, Walter Gordon. Known affectionately at her community garden as “The Tomato Lady,” she wears the title with pride.
