With 14+ years of and construction and management experience Adrian can run both residential and commercial projects, from whole house remodels to commercial tenant improvements. He is responsible for client interface, scheduling, on-site oversight of all carpenters and subcontractors, architect coordination and working with city permitting and inspections. He has a perfectionist’s eye for detail and can foresee challenges ahead, circumventing them from the start.
