As our Director of Construction, Aaron is directly responsible for the preconstruction and management of large residential and commercial projects, which includes business development, estimating, and overseeing our Project Managers and Superintendents. Aaron has over 20 years of experience, having worked for and progressed within high-end residential and large commercial firms throughout the Northwest. His journey in the industry began as a carpenter while studying art at The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA and shortly thereafter as a Project Manager with Habitat for Humanity in Portland, OR.

Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to contribute to influential and award-winning projects in Passive House, Living Building Challenge, Mass Timber, and CLT construction.

We are fortunate to have Aaron's expertise and commitment to innovation, process improvement, and consensus building around a shared vision and objectives. Outside of work, Aaron can be found coaching baseball for his twin boys, cheering on his daughter at softball games, or enjoying a round of golf.
